Perfect for families
The rooms are decent for a family of 5, with clean beds and comfortable pillows. The staff were quick to bring us extra blankets when we arrived to a cold room which was a nice touch!
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but acceptable for the quality we got.

This place was just a perfect match for a flash visit in Kamloops with extraordinarily good value for money. The staff were consistently friendly and responsive, making my check-in process super quick and easy. Be aware that the pool area might feel a bit sketchy at night.

great service but noisy surroundings
The staff were friendly and incredibly accommodating. Management quickly resolved an issue with the heater once we reported it. I loved the mountain view. it added a beautiful touch to our stay! The room had ample space for our family, providing comfort during our two-night visit.
There were some noise disturbances that affected our sleep at times.

The kids loved playing on the trampoline and enjoyed swimming in the pool. We had a fun time exploring the grassy area outside, and it's a great spot for families. The staff was accommodating and made the experience more enjoyable.

super location and really roomy. i loved the hot tub, it was amazin! check-in was a breeze too. the staff were really accommodating when there was a tiny issue with my first room, they moved us to another nice one right away. quiet spot with plenty of food nearby, great for travelers!
a few minor housekeeping things needed attention and not enough outlets in the room. overall, it was good but those little things could be better.
